Hi, I’m Charlene Condu—author of Boundaries, Not Barriers: Peace Over People, The Cost of Her Crown, and host of the Me Again, God podcast. But before I ever wrote a word or pressed record, I was just a woman trying to hold it all together.

I’m a mother to two incredible boys, an entrepreneur with a business in Northern Colorado, and a financial advisor in the corporate world. From the outside, it looked like I was doing it all. And in many ways—I was. But I was also doing it all on my own.
Behind the drive and the titles was a woman running on empty. I had no boundaries. I mistook burnout for obedience. And when I finally hit my spiritual rock bottom, I didn’t even recognize how long I had been functioning without peace.
I prayed—but I couldn’t see the answers staring me in the face.I asked God to help me—but I was still trying to prove myself.I was exhausted from being everything for everyone, trying to remain seen, be relevent, have real purpose.
It wasn’t until I stopped to really dig into the Word—not just the familiar verses, but the hard, boundary-setting, truth-telling, identity-revealing parts—that I began to see clearly. I started researching, reflecting, and rewriting the patterns I had been living in for years.
What unfolded was more than personal growth. It was a calling.
This space—this website, these books, this podcast—is the fruit of that obedience. It’s not perfect. It’s not polished. But it’s real. It’s rooted in Scripture. And it’s where I’ve been led—to share the truth I didn’t know I was allowed to believe.
If you’re a woman who’s always known God but lost yourself somewhere in the noise… you’re not alone. You don’t have to perform for peace. You don’t have to stay quiet to be considered godly. And you’re not wrong for needing boundaries.
I’m so glad you’re here.Let’s go where God’s leading—this time, for real.
